CONDITIONS  & HOW TO SPA

YOU’RE APPOINTMENT

To ensure you and all of our clients the ultimate spa experience we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.

If you are visiting us for the first time please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill in a confidential consultation card.

If you have been to us before, we ask you arrive at least 5 minutes prior.

A late arrival will result in your treatment time being limited and the full appointment fee being charged.

BOOKING DEPOSIT

25% deposit is required at the time of booking for all packages and treatments over 30 mins.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes you may need to reschedule, however we ask that you give us 24 hours notice so that someone else may visit us.

A cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking will be charged for appointments that are cancelled between 12 and 24 hours.

If you are redeeming a gift voucher and you cancel with late notice or miss your appointment your voucher will be made void.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers can be purchased in person, over the phone or online. All of our gift vouchers are valid for six months and expire at the end of the sixth month.

Unfortunately vouchers that have not been used within this time frame will not be honoured.

Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

LOYALTY PROGRAMS

Prepare to be rewarded! At Belli Bliss Wellness and crèche we understand the importance of being recognised for your loyalty, so we have put together some great loyalty programs you can’t go past – Join our loyalty card system receiving on your tenth visit either a Fantastic Facial, Cut and Blow-dry or a Detox Ion spa, or become a friend on face book to receive some brilliant specials.
